Who we are

Buckin' Good General Contracting is a general contractor serving Austin and San Antonio, Texas. This site is buckingood.us. Questions about this policy go to [email protected].

What we collect

We only collect what you type into our two forms:

• Estimate request: name, phone number, email, the service you are asking about, and your message.
• Subcontractor application: name, phone number, email, years of experience, trades, tools, and any notes you add.

With each submission we also record the time, your IP address, and your browser type. We use those only to stop spam and abuse. The site sets no tracking or advertising cookies.

How we use it

To reply to your request, give you an estimate, or consider you for subcontracting work. We do not sell or rent your information, and we do not use it for marketing lists.

Where it goes

Submissions are stored in a database hosted by Cloudflare and emailed to us through Resend, an email delivery service. We read that email in Google Workspace. Each of those providers processes the data only to deliver this service to us.

Cloudflare also hosts the site and provides anonymous, cookie-free visitor statistics (page views and country). Those statistics cannot identify you.

How long we keep it

Estimate requests are kept for up to two years so we can follow up on past projects. Subcontractor applications are kept while we are actively hiring for that trade, up to two years. Email us to have your information deleted sooner.

Your choices

Changes

If this policy changes, the date at the top changes with it. Material changes will be noted on this page.
